Our Mission

Crown of Life centers their mission around the verse James 1:12, “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.” We know that life has its trials, and Crown of Life strives to highlight the reward to those who persevere in Jesus’ name. 

A few years ago, we were blessed with the opportunity to experience the lifestyle of those who exemplify our mission. As high schoolers, we worked with Ysleta Lutheran Mission in El Paso, Texas and attended a mission trip through our school Mayer Lutheran High School and focused on building houses for families living in Juarez, Mexico. Through this experience, we were humbled and wanted to give back.

We have created a business where we are able to give back to a variety of missions, all of which are focused to send our youth on life-changing experiences such as we had. Each month, we have a different mission that we give to so that the love of Christ can be shared with ALL!

We offer a variety of services through Crown of Life. These include clothing, photography and videography. James is the primary photographer, and Kiah is the primary videographer. However, we are open to helping with whatever you may need and are available when you call. Additionally, we want to provide simple and fashionable clothing that people of all ages can wear. We hope that our design sparks interest and curiosity in others while also providing a channel for users to share their faith in casual conversation or act as a reminder of what God has done for them. A portion of all the proceeds we receive from each service goes towards our mission to help make a difference and send other students on that same mission.

The mission of Crown of Life stems from James 1:12, "Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him." We love using the talents and gifts that God has given us, and we look forward to sharing them with you! God has blessed us with so much and now it's time to give back to the place that helped us grow in our faith to be Christian leaders and who gave us the opportunity that changed our lives.
